THE 101: A WALK-TO-RUN PROGRAM
Join us for the start of our new community program, “The 101”. This program is designed to introduce running as a sport. Together with a group of dedicated volunteers, we’ll be coaching participants to complete a 5K (3.12 miles) in 8 weeks. The training plan is a combination of mostly walking with some light running 3x a week. As the weeks progress, we’ll focus more on running. If you’ve ever wanted to become a runner, this is the program for you!
